We created MimoHeart in 2020 and today it is a company that supports families with babysitting services, nanny, summer camps and children's entertainment.

Common questions
A minimum period of 3 hours will always be charged.
We recommend requesting the service at least 48 hours in advance so that the babysitter can plan everything to make this experience the best it can be. However, we will always try to meet your needs. You can contact us by email/phone and we will try to arrange availability.
A babysitter can be responsible for a maximum of 3 children. However, in particular situations, you can stay with 4 children.
MimoHeart reserves the right to change the maximum number of children depending on their age or service characteristics.
The babysitter to accompany each family is selected according to the location of the service as well as its characteristics. We try to always have the same babysitter accompanying each family so that there can be continuity in the service provided and that affectionate relationships can be maintained.
The cancellation of the service by the Customer does not imply the return of any amount paid. Withdrawals communicated 48 hours before the start of the service, or in which a justification is presented that MimoHeart deems appropriate, allow the Customer to use the amount paid to schedule a new service. Cancellations communicated less than 5 hours in advance of the start date imply a charge for the minimum 3 hours of service. 5:00 am is counted within opening hours.
